This builds trust but also clarifies the boundaries, the rules of engagement, and the expectations and responsibilities, consequently reducing any opportunity to complain about misunderstanding. You will come to understand the processes when filling out forms with us when engaging in our counseling services, when applying for admission, or even when applying for a visa.
Commitments and responsibilities of both sides are key to all agreements. Radsam Education Agency is obliged to supply the client with its experience and high-level educational consultancy services in the utmost professional way and according to all legal standards. As for Radsam Education Agency, it provides brand new ideas, new approaches, and high-level analytical skills in its consultations with the client. However, Radsam Education Agency expects back from its client exact information timeliness and prompt cooperation.
The above-mentioned general principles of mutual respect and openness serve as foundations for good relationships with our clients who form the largest part of our customer base. It is because our clients trust our ability and desire to achieve optimal results for those people we serve.
The text overleaf is binding and will be printed on all invoices and contracts issued by Radsam Education Agency. Upon hiring our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. By agreeing to them, Radsam and our clients are protected, with everyone being fully aware of their rights and responsibilities. Our policies reflect the fact that Radsam Upgrades and any other services provided are professional and worthwhile – they ensure that these services will be delivered in an orderly way.

Radsam Education Agency, legally registered as RADSAM Trade Inc., specializes in providing educational consultation services for students seeking to study in Canada.
The Client
The individual is seeking educational consultation services from Radsam Education Agency.
The Educational Institution
The client wants to be admitted to any Canadian school, college, or university, public or private.
IRCC
The Department of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada handles immigration and citizenship issues in Canada.
Radsam Education Agency is dedicated to offering professional advice and guidance to international as well as domestic students interested in attending Canadian educational institutions. It defines the terms and conditions under which we render our services, keeping us accountable and transparent with clients.

Consultation Policies, Terms, and Conditions
Fee
The consultation fee is CAD 100 for 30 minutes or CAD 150 for an hour.
Payment Method
Payments can be made via Stripe, PayPal (radsamtrade@gmail.com), or email transfer to the same email, with "Radsam" as the security answer.
Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Admission Application
Documents Validity and Accuracy
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are accurate and valid.
Non-refundable Application Fee
Application fees for educational institutions are non-refundable.
Parent/Legal Guardian of a Minor Child
A parent or legal guardian must be present during consultations for clients under 18 years of age.
Admission Service Fee
The fee for admission services is separate and must be paid as per the agreement.
Apply Coaching
Includes CV, SOP, and recommendation letter revisions, finding a mentor or supervisor, and drafting emails to them.
Termination of Admission Application/Apply Coaching Services
Termination by the client during the process is non-refundable.
Client's Misrepresentation
Radsam Education Agency is not responsible for any misrepresentation by the client.
No Responsibilities Regarding Academic Matters After Finalizing the Admission
Radsam is not responsible for the client's academic performance after admission.
Educational Institution Tuition Deposit
Clients are responsible for depositing tuition fees as per the institution's deadlines.
The Responsibility of the Client to Obtain the Study Permit in a Timely Manner
Clients must ensure they apply for their study permits promptly.
The Responsibility of the Client to Review the Refund Policy of the Educational Institution
Clients must review the refund policy of the educational institution.
Deposit Refund Normally Requires the Visa Refusal Letter
Refunds usually require a visa refusal letter from IRCC.
The Deductible Administrative Fee
Educational institutions may deduct administrative fees from refunds.
The Client's Responsibilities to Start the Program on Time, with No Gap
Clients must start their program on time and avoid educational gaps.
Warning: Revoking the Study Permit Due to the Educational Gap or Low GPA
IRCC may revoke study permits due to educational gaps or low GPA.
Postponing the Services in Force Majeure Circumstances
Services may be postponed in force majeure situations.
No Refund Due to the Client's Cancellation During the Process
No refunds will be given if the client cancels the process.
Visa Assistance
Client's Misrepresentation
Clients must ensure all information provided is accurate and valid.
Necessity of Visa Documents' Accuracy and Validity
All visa documents must be accurate and valid.
The Sole Responsibility of the Client Against Any Legal Issue of Submitting Inaccurate/False Documents
Clients are solely responsible for any legal issues arising from submitting false documents.
Inadmissibility Based on Medical Tests (No Refund)
No refunds will be given if the client is found inadmissible due to medical reasons.
Inadmissibility by Security Background (No Refund)
No refunds will be given if the client is found inadmissible due to security reasons.
Visa Assistance Services
Includes assistance with visa applications and related processes.
Visa Coaching
Includes crafting the study plan, financial plan, and form revisions.
The Client's Responsibility to Take Biometrics and Medical Tests in a Timely Manner
Clients must complete biometrics and medical tests promptly.
Attention to the IRCC Deadlines
Clients must adhere to IRCC deadlines.
The Termination of Visa Assistance Services
Termination by the client during the process is non-refundable.
The Termination of Visa Coaching
Termination by the client during the process is non-refundable.
Deferring the Services to a Normal Situation in Force Majeure Cases
Services may be deferred in force majeure situations.
The Definition of Force Majeure Cases
Force majeure cases include natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, and other unforeseeable events beyond the control of either party.
The IRCC and Biometrics Non-refundable Application Fee
Application fees for IRCC and biometrics are non-refundable.
The Red Flag of Radsam
Radsam does not engage in or support fraudulent activities such as fake refugee claims, fake marriages, or falsified documents. Any client found engaging in such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
No Guarantees for Visa Outcomes
The sole authorized person and the only decision maker on any visa application is the Esteemed Visa Officer. Radsam Education Agency has never provided any guarantees (written, oral, explicit, or implied) for visa results or positive outcomes.
Retaining Radsam's Services
An invoice will be issued, and the client must finalize the payment within 72 hours of issuance. If the payment is not made, Radsam has no commitments or responsibilities toward the client.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Stripe, PayPal (radsamtrade@gmail.com), email transfer, or the TD Canada Trust bank account provided by Radsam.
Additional Visa Services
Follow-up Web Forms
Clients may submit follow-up web forms for additional services, which require both parties' written confirmation and payment of service and application fees.
Reconsideration Request
Clients may request reconsideration of a visa decision, subject to specific conditions and payment of a service fee.
Judicial Review at the Federal Court
Judicial reviews must be conducted by a Canadian lawyer, and Radsam cannot provide this service.
Requesting ATIP (Officer's Note)
Clients may request Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) notes from IRCC to understand the reasons behind visa decisions.
Additional Services
No Guarantees for Any Governmental Financial Assistance or Housing
Radsam does not promise that the Canadian government, IRCC, or educational institutions will provide financial assistance or housing. Clients are responsible for their financial support while in Canada.
