Purpose of the Session

This consultation is designed to provide an in-depth review of your current situation and deliver tailored guidance across one or more of the following areas:

  • Admission to Canadian K–12 schools, colleges, or universities

  • Study permit application, extension, or Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)

  • Personalized settlement and post-arrival planning

  • Strategic preparation for Permanent Residency (PR) pathways and future immigration goals

The session will be tailored based on the questions or documents you wish to discuss. You may prepare a brief summary of your case to help maximize the time.

Consultation Fee & Payment Terms

  • Total Fee: $150 CAD + 13% HST = $169.50 CAD

  • Payment Method: Required in advance by e-transfer, PayPal, or formal invoice

  • Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only after full payment is received

  • Refunds: No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable (see cancellation terms below)

Session Conditions and Legal Notice

Duration:
The session is 60 minutes, strictly timed and non-extendable. Extensions require a separate booking.

Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire session.

Professional Scope:
This consultation is for informational and strategic purposes only. It is not a legal consultation and does not constitute legal advice or create any client-agent or client-consultant relationship. Radsam does not represent clients before immigration or government authorities.

Privacy and Recording:
All information shared will be handled confidentially.
Video or audio recording of the session is strictly prohibited by law unless prior written consent is granted by Radsam. Any unauthorized recording may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may constitute a legal violation.

Punctuality:
Please ensure you join the session on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited without refund, based on advisor availability.

Platform:
The consultation will take place via Google Meet. The meeting link is included in your calendar invitation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules may change. Please review our policy before booking:

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no additional cost, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the appointment time.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund (processing fees may apply).

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend the session are non-refundable.

  • Refund Process: Any eligible refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
