1. Radsam’s Commitments
Radsam Education Agency provides coaching and consulting services to support the application process for students seeking primary or secondary school admission in Canada. As an education agency, Radsam is not an RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) or a licensed legal professional, and does not offer immigration or legal advice. Should clients require such services, Radsam strongly advises seeking counsel from a certified RCIC or licensed immigration lawyer to ensure all legal aspects are addressed.

Radsam is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and educational documents. While every reasonable effort is made to secure and protect client information, we recommend that clients also take precautions when sharing sensitive data electronically. Radsam will thoroughly review all application documents and seek written confirmation from parents or legal guardians before finalizing the study plan, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the submission.

To provide the highest level of support, Radsam includes up to four one-hour consultation sessions and offers unlimited email support until the service is completed, regardless of the visa outcome. All interactions, whether in-person or virtual, are conducted in a professional manner and scheduled at mutually agreed times to ensure clarity and alignment.

2. No Guarantees of Admission or Visa Outcomes
Radsam provides consulting and coaching services to support the school admission process, but we cannot guarantee admission or visa results. Admission decisions are made by the Canadian schools, and visa decisions are at the sole discretion of IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) officers based on Canadian immigration policies. Guaranteeing admission or visa success is neither ethical nor permissible, and Radsam does not offer any form of assurance regarding these outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities
For a seamless process, parents or legal guardians (clients) are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation. Clients are required to submit all necessary documents and information within the specified deadlines and pay all service fees, school application fees, and any custodianship fees as outlined. A CAD $350.00 school application fee is included in the service fee, while custodianship fees ranging from CAD $1,000.00 to CAD $1,500.00 may be applied based on the student’s requirements.

Governmental application fees, including visa fees, are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the appropriate authorities. Radsam is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed submissions by the client. Recording of consultations is prohibited without explicit consent and may result in the termination of services if unauthorized recordings are discovered.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Radsam’s services are strictly advisory, intended to empower clients with professional guidance on the Canadian school admission process. All application and visa decisions are made independently by Canadian institutions and IRCC officials. Radsam cannot assume liability for any adverse admission or visa decisions or any resulting losses.
Also, Radsam will not be responsible about any academic, financial, and legal issues between the Client (student and his / her parents / legal guardian), and the School. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to review the School's reputation and its refund policy before depositting the tuition fee.
