1. Radsam’s Commitments
Radsam Education Agency offers professional support for students applying to online Canadian high schools. This service is specifically for admission assistance only and does not cover or include visa, immigration, or study permit services. Radsam acts solely as an educational advisor, guiding the application process but does not assume responsibility for the academic, financial, or legal relationship between the student, parents, or legal guardians and the selected school.

All application services are completed by Radsam upon securing admission credentials (e.g., user/password for the school portal) for the student. Parents or legal guardians are expected to confirm details, finalize orders, and maintain regular communication with Radsam throughout the process to ensure smooth delivery of services. Radsam upholds strict confidentiality practices to safeguard client documents and personal information; however, clients should also take necessary precautions when transmitting sensitive information electronically.

Radsam’s support includes two one-hour consultation sessions and unlimited email support until admission is finalized. Should the admission not be secured due to factors within Radsam’s control, the agency provides a 100% refund on the service fee, excluding the CAD $350 non-refundable school application fee and any other associated costs.

2. No Guarantees of Admission or Academic Outcomes
While Radsam strives to provide accurate guidance and support for school admission, it cannot guarantee acceptance or academic outcomes. Admission decisions are made independently by the chosen school, and any guarantees of success or placement are beyond Radsam’s scope of responsibility. Additionally, Radsam assumes no responsibility for the student’s academic progress or performance, and any issues between students, parents, or guardians and the school are outside of Radsam’s responsibility.

It is recommended that parents or legal guardians carefully review the chosen school’s profile, refund policies, and any applicable regulations before proceeding with deposits or further financial commitments to the institution.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful application process, parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and submitting all required documents and payments by specified deadlines. The CAD $350.00 school application fee included in the service fee is non-refundable. Parents or legal guardians must also be the primary point of contact with Radsam and are required to finalize the order and maintain all communications throughout the admission process, unless the parent / legal guardian gives Radsam a written consent to communicate with the minor student.

Clients are reminded that online schooling is not eligible for a Canadian study permit. Should students intend to apply for a study permit, they may start with online schooling until a visa decision is reached, but Radsam makes no guarantee regarding eligibility for study permits related to online-only schooling.

4. Additional Services
Any additional consultation, coaching, or advisory services beyond the scope of online high school admission assistance require separate appointments and fees. Clients must initiate these services through a new booking, confirm their order, and complete payment as per Radsam’s policies.

5. "Recording of any consultation or coaching sessions with Radsam or the School without prior consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of services and potential legal consequences."
