Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1- Appointment Scheduling: All consultations must be booked in advance through our website. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. 2- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods. 3- Cancellation and Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount. 4- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your consultation, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. 5- Refunds: Refunds are only provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations. 6- Consultation Format: Consultations can be held via video call. 7- Confidentiality: All personal information and details shared during the consultation will be kept strictly confidential.
